We were not meant to go through life alone, God created us for community. We need community to grow as followers of Jesus. We invite you to explore and check out our various Sunday School classes and groups to help you grow in faith through authentic community.

Sunday School
Sundays from 9:15-10:15 am

We have four adult Sunday School classes that gather weekly for fellowship, study, and prayer. Children and Youth Sunday School classes meet concurrently. Find the class that is right for you.

Explorers — A class that explores the Bible and how it applies to today, with an age range spanning the 50s to 90s. Facilitated by Loretta Ragsdale.

Mary Martha — A class for women of all ages to connect and grow in faith together through a variety of topical studies. Led by Marilyn Saylors.

Pairs & Spares — A class following the lectionary (assigned Scripture readings used throughout the year across Christian denominations), primarily composed of older adults aged 70+. Led by Dr. Bruce McDonald, a retired religion professor specializing in Christian history.

Youngish Adults — A class geared toward singles and couples in their 20s to 40s, with studies ranging from Bible study to relevant Christian topics. Led by Rev. Katie Newkirk.

Bible Study
Wednesdays from 10:00-11:15 am

Our Wednesday Bible Study gathers in the spring and fall for in-depth study of various books of the Bible. Whether you're just getting to know Scripture or you've been studying it for years, you're welcome here- no prior Bible knowledge required.

Primetimers
Third Friday of the Month from 11:30 am-1:00 pm

Primetimers is a gathering for older adults that meets on the third Friday of each month from 11:30 am–1:00 pm, and includes a potluck lunch, fellowship, and a program. It's a great way to connect with new and old friends over delicious food.
